Q. When does the event open?
A. 3rd November 10.30-20.00 and 4th November 08.30-16:00.

Q. What are the booking terms & conditions?
A. If you book a place and find you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel your place after 11:59pm on 19 October 2020, or fail to attend the event, the PFS No show policy will apply and you will be charged a £50.00 non-attendance fee.

Q. I’m not a member can I attend?
A. Non-members can also attend the Festival, however if you have already attended more than one Personal Finance Society event, you will need to join the Personal Finance Society to attend (non-members can only attend a maximum of 2 events).

Q. How do I get there?
A. The NEC is signposted from motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 and is just few minutes away from Birmingham Airport by a free air-rail link. It’s only a 10 minutes walk from Birmingham International Railway Station. Free parking is available at car park N2, N3 and N4.

Q. Where can I stay?
A. We have an allocation of bedrooms on hold at a number of 4 and 3 star hotels within walking distance of the NEC. We recommend you book your accommodation by 30 July 2020. After this date, any unsold rooms will revert for sale to the general public and availability and rates will not be guaranteed.

Q. What’s the dress code?
A. It’s a festival, there’s no dress code.

Q. What about food?
A. Food and beverage may be purchased by attendees from outlets at the venue.

Q. Will attendance count toward CPD?
A. We’ll issue a certificate of attendance but you’ll need to self-verify depending on which sessions you attend, and on what you take away from each session. The festival is currently estimated to be 10.45 hours over the 2 days (Day 1 = 5.05 and Day 2 = 5.40).
